Hi Nicole,

What version of NCL are you using?

ncl -V

You must have V6.1.0-beta in order to have access to the ESMF software.
If you are using the Cygwin binary, I will have to send you the
ESMF_RegridWeightGen executable separately.

What does the following report:

 printenv NCARG_ROOT
 which ncl
  ncl -V
 ls $NCARG_ROOT/bin/E*
