Moisture convergence for WRF outputs

Hi,

I looked through the archived and looked like years ago, there was some
discussion on how to plot the moisture convergence of wrfout.
I was wondering, if there is a sample script that provides more clear
steps of how this can be done that someone is willingly to share.
