write 3D matrix

       Hello,

       I calculate the velocity potential using NCEP reanalysis for
2011 daily data.

       This the dimension of velocity potential:

       Variable: vp
       Type: float
       Total Size: 15347520 bytes
                   3836880 values
       Number of Dimensions: 3
       Dimensions and sizes: [365] x [73] x [144]
                                 time lat lon

       How can I write a matrix for this 3D data in my disk.
