Well, since it is a labelbar, you should look at the
'lb' resources. Other examples , mention 'pm'

      lbLabelFontHeightF
      pmLabelBarWidthF

   resP@lbLabelFontHeightF = 0.01
   resP@pmLabelBarWidthF = 0.8 ; label bar width
   resP@pmLabelBarHeightF = 0.05
