Palmer Drought Severity Index ?

Hi,

I just wonder that is there anybody who already wrote a NCL script to
calculate Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) or any other drought
index? I plan to calculate the PDSI using regional model output (both
reference period and the future projections). Any suggestions can be
helpful.
