varimax routines

Hi,

This is more of a curiosity than anything else. I've been looking at the
varimax code and I'm wondering what the difference between eofunc_varimax
and eofunc_varimak_jl is? These correspond to the fortran routines
varimax_dp.f and varimax_JiangLing_dp.f. The code doesn't have much in the
way of comments so it is hard to tell from looking at the source.
