ncl 6.0.0 can not read .he5 file

Hi

I am trying to use ncl to read he5 file from OMI. Unfortunately, I got the
following error when I tried to open it using ncl_filedump.

Also, When I read the he5 file in the ncl script, I got the following
error. It seems that ncl can not support he5 file.

So can you help to figure it out the problem? I am sure that data is ok.
