Re: twice daily anomalies

I modified an existing script that had 4x daily data.

Each file had one year of 4x daily data.
So the files were looped over. Your situation might be different.

You will have to modify for 2x daily ... should be easy.
The number of harmonics for the smoothed climatology
is arbitrary.
