RGBA wkBackgroundColor in NCL 6.1.0?

Hi NCL community.

I am using the new NCL 6.1.0 and I was wondering if anyone knows of a way
to set wkBackgroundColor to be transparent. I tried an RGBA value and
received this warning message:

warning:WorkstationSetValues: ignoring wkBackgroundColor; 3 color elements
required (red, green, blue)

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
