Re: Line in corner of map

This may be a bug. Can you send us the code and the data for this plot? See http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/report_bug.shtml for uploading instructions if you are not already familiar with the procedure.
It looks like this stray line may be produced by the contour plot code and not the map. If so, a work around might be to set cnFillMode to "RasterFill" along with cnRasterSmoothingOn to True.
