Missing values in smthClmDayTLL and band_pass_latlon_time functions

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the daily smoothed climatology using "smthClmDayTLL" function.
The input data contains missing values at lower levels (to mask out the topography).
But, the function presently doesn't allow any missing value.
Similar problem also arises for the function "band_pass_latlon_time".
How can I solve these problems?
