Re: monthly mean climatology

Hi Xi,

I have been using CDO (climate data operator) to calculate monthly
mean climatology and then using NCL for visualization. CDO is really
very strong data processing tools with lot of flexibility. You can try
it. With the following command you can calculate monthly mean from
your daily data:

cdo monmean input_file_name output_file_name
