How to Change R script to NCL script

Hi NCL Users

I've run a script using R and how it can be used using NCL? Though I've used csv format for R but I've netcdf format. If anyone have time to look that'll be appreciated. I've attached one NCL script so if anyone give information which way I should write the R language in NCL that'll be helpful.
