Hi All,

I have been able to resolve the problem. I noticed now that for some reason, I had changed the:
 res@gsnAddCyclic = True ;;False ; regional data

gsnAddCyclic suppose to be False for regional plots.

Tutu.

My initial guess was that lat/lon was not ordered in the proper manner, so I performed a reordering of the data dimensions, and the corresponding lat2d, lon2d dimensions. This was able to solve most of the problem. Can someone help with the remaining glitches. I include example plots on the full map and the zoomed map. Notice the differences at the left lower corner of the zoomed map in comparison with the full map.
