Converting eofunc_ts values to actual anomaly

Hi Users,
I'd like to have the amplitudes of eofunc_ts in unit of the anomaly instead of amplitude. Say for example 3 on the NCL EOFs page (http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Images/eof_3_2_lg.png), I want to have the VALUES on y-axis as SST anomaly (in deg C)" instead of as "Amplitude".
Any ideas of how to reconstruct the time series?
