time_axis_label

Hi,
I need a short help. I am "new" in "ncl"..and I have a very short time to
produce some graphs..

I have to read ascii file like this:

Nr YYYY MM DD HH Val

  1 2013 05 01 00 2.19
  2 2013 05 02 01 3.19
  3 2013 05 03 02 5.19
  4 2013 05 04 03 2.19
  5 2013 05 05 04 1.19
  6 2013 05 06 05 0.19
  7 2013 05 07 06 4.19
......
I need to plot Val in a xy graphs with x labels should be like
"%MM/%DD/%HH" format
.. it means ..May/01/00
