Missing function help page

Hi all,

A quick heads-up that the function description page for regCoef seems to be
properly linked, but does not exist (404 error).

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Built-in/regCoef.shtml

The corresponding and very similar function, regcoef, is properly linked
and describes most of the differences between the two versions of the
function with examples for both. The working page is linked below.
