Calculating wind power potential

Dear ncl users,

does anyone know any script or routine in ncl or cdo in order to calculate
wind power potential using Weibull distribution or any other distribution?

I handle with daily data of RCMs and I have already interpolated the given
10 m wind speed at the desired hub height using the power law equation.
However the complexity of calculating the wind power potential with Weibull
distribution confused me..

Any help would be kindly appreciated
