contour plot

Thank you very much Adam. That was very helpful. Sorry to trouble you more,
but I also want to fill contours above some temperature (e.g. 27 C). I
tried ShadeGtcontour, but it shades with only one color. I want to fill
them with different colors. Please advise if it is possible.
