Dynamic tropopause

Hi,

I am trying to plot the height of the dynamic tropopause (2PVU surface) based on the WRF output file. I have interpolated pressure at the level
were the potential vorticity is equal with 2PVU, but this method produces a lot of missing values. I am wondering is some one else tried to calculate
the height of the dynamic tropopause using a different method.
