Hi Setareh,
GPCC or GPCP are the most appropriate data sets, I would say. If you do
want something else you can use the link you sent and click on
precipitation on the left. There are lots of possible data sets listed
there.
You can also try
http://climatedataguide.ucar.edu/category/data-set-variables/atmosphere
and go to Precipitation in the refine results menu.
I'm not sure that this list is the right place for this kind of
information, though. This list is for questions about NCL not what data
set you should be using for your research.
