cylindrical equidistant plot

Hi,

I wish to make a temperature plot from a grib file whose lat and lon are
given as cylindrical equidistant.
Using the gsn_csm_contour_map_ce, the figure was plotted but does not
look right.

The relevant files have been uploaded to
ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/ssec/alim/

The figure I made has the filename
OSSE_Global_T_outer_loop_2_98_95_92_89_tm00.pdf
<ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/ssec/alim/OSSE_Global_T_outer_loop_2_98_95_92_89_tm00.pdf>

The model domain should looked like the one in Screen_Shot.png.

I would expect the filled value area shown in white in the pdf over
Africa to be at the edge of the plot, that is in the Pacific like in
tmp_grib.png.

The script file and data can also be found in this directory.
