Dear Cheung,

Sorry about that. I was doing some color table testing, and I changed a graphic that I shouldn't have. It is fixed now.

This is good information for me that you need those indexes, because I was wondering if these kind of color tables were useful to anybody.

I'm doing an overhaul of the color map pages to add 120+ new color tables, and trying out the idea of adding more images so that you can see what this color table looks like for different plots.
