how to change a dimension's size

Hello All,
    How can I change a dimension's size in one nc file? I want to change the dimension lat from 50 to 45, then all the variables related to lat will change too, such as from dep(100,50) to dep(100,45).
 

    Anyone has any suggestion? Thanks.
