Dear all friends
i have used ncl for plotting netcdf files already. but now i want to know
there is this ability to you ncl for manipulating netcdf files?
in fact i have one netcdf file that contains some 3D variable (longitude,
latitude and time). this file data are 3 hourly data in 47N-60N and 36E-50E
which cell size is 1deg*1deg. my aim is:
1-cut variables out of 50N_55N and 37E-47E
2- compute monthly averages of data.
3-re_size cells to change girds number from 13*19 to 50*80.
