ocean bottom topography mask

Hi, Is there any map/function in NCL that could give you a mask that of the ocean bottom topography ? There are functions for masking land/sea , is there any such function or way to get a sort of 3d mask that has the ocean mask + bottom topography of the ocean too ? thanks, Ioana
