about the accuracy of the lat /lon displayed by wrf_contour

Dear Ncl users,
Maybe I should ask this question to wrf help system.
However, when I have been given wonderful answers/solutions here,
I still hope experts on this maillist will give some helpful comments/suggestions.
My problem is that I found the location of the storms will be different, in terms of the lat and lon shown in ncl figure and the display by grads.
The data used by the grads is from the conversion by the ARWpost.exe ( which also gave the description grads file) of the original netcdf wrf file used by ncl (ncl 6.0.0).
The original netcdf wrf output is on the grids of 2 km horizontal spacing.
in the ncl figure, the fields seems to be dislocated 0.1 degree to the south and 0.2 degree to the east.

To plot the ncl figure, I used : wrf_getvar, wrf_user_intrp3d,wrf_contour.
Because I 'm doing an oneob test, I'm "able" to tell the plotting of the ncl gave a "wrong" location of the storm.
I only give the above "general " information for I don't want to give all the apparent details ( cause a waste of your time in viewing them) before I dig deeper on my side and give more specific details.
 Your comments/suggestions/guesses are appreciated.
Best wishes,
Ting Lei
