you can download the new colormaps from NCLs web page
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/ColorTables/Files/ncl_colormaps.tar
The tar file include the following CBR colormaps:
CBR_coldhot.rgb
CBR_drywet.rgb
CBR_set3.rgb
CBR_wet.rgb
