highres coastline for Longitude vs time (Hovmoller plot)

Dear All ncl users; I want to make a hovmoller plot for longitude interval less than one degree for example from 99.975 to 100.675 E (interval 0.05 degree). Default thick mark is only visible at 100oE. Are there any option to make more thickmark for such narrow longitude for example by using res@mpDataBaseVersion    = "HighRes" in plotting map ?  Thank you joeky
