new NCL v6.2.0 TextWrangler plist file includes all the new functions etc. Includes the update by Charles Bardeen from Oct 2013.

Developers: Is there an accessible simple file with a complete list of resources and functions. I’m currently jumping through a long grep/sed/awk combo to extract them from the webpages.
