RH2

Dear Colleagues
I need to calculate the RH2 (Relative Humidity at 2 m) from the NCEP data
and the available variables are T2, Surface Pressure, and Specific Humidity.
so, is there any script calculates the rh2?
or what is the function that calculates the rh2 in ncl?
