lonFlip question

I have a 721 (lat) x 1440 (lon) x 4 (lev) file whose longitudes use a 0-360 convention. The file contains 13 variables, and I'd like to rotate the longitudes to use the -180 to 180 convention for all variables at once. I found the lonFlip and lonPivot functions but I think I need to re-order the dimensions to 4 x 721 x 1440 and I can't figure out the incantation to re-order the dimensions of the file so the longitude is rightmost. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
