Panel plots and do loops

Hi All

I am trying to do a panel plot off 44 images and I am having trouble displaying the data.
I have used loops but they do not seems to be working.
I have lat and nino data for 44 models and for cmap (observations)
I have inputed all the data in arrays and named then lat, lat1, lat2 up to lat44 and the same for nino3.4. I just want to display the scatter plots of these sets of data and am trying to find a quick way to generate a panel plots of all 44 models overlaid with obs.
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated!
