help with RMS circles in Taylor Plot

Hi NCL Users,

I want normalized STD and centered RMS up to 2.0 and labels on RMS circles. From the NCL archives i found that Erik Noble modified the taylor diagram code to incorporate these changes. I would greatly appreciate if he could share it with the ncl community.
