Map distorted

Hello all
I am trying to plot correlation map from netcdf file(I have attached it),
but the output is very distorted. I have attached the script also. I think
that there is no missing value or Fill value in the file. I plot the file
with ncview and it is different from what I got from the NCL. Any
suggestions.
