Dear Sir,
When I handle HDF-EOS5 data, ncl_convert2nc can work in my server with Linux system using ncl_ncarg-6.2.0.Linux_RHEL5.10_x86_64_gcc412.tar.gz package. However, I can not do the same thing in my Mac with MacOS system using ncl_ncarg-6.2.0.MacOS_10.9_64bit_gcc481.tar.gz. I am not sure whether the related libraries are missing while building, or something else. Please help me check it. Thanks a lot!
