A few examples of how to plot out data on a Pressure vs. Time plot can be found
at http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/csm/support/CSM_Graphics/height_time.shtml

The simplest example seems to be example 4 (h_time_4.ncl).

Is a great web-site for new ncl users to visit, as there are plenty of graphical
and data processing examples to be found.
