Dear "wangjc",
You posted a question about NCAR Graphics to the ncl-talk email
list. If you are interested in NCAR Graphics, you might want to
consider subscribing to "ncarg-talk@ucar.edu". You can do this the
same way you did ncl-talk, except go to the URL:
http://mailman.ucar.edu/mailman/listinfo/ncarg-talk
Meanwhile, you can download NCAR Graphics 4.3.1 for RedHat 7.2 which
should work under RedHat 8.0. To do this, go to:
http://ngwww.ucar.edu/ncarg/download.html
Fill out the form and then click on "submit". You will then see a
table with a list of binaries. You have two choices: one that was
compiled with the GNU compilers, or one compiled with the Portland
compilers. Choose the one you want, and then follow the instructions
for installing the software.
Cheers,
--Mary
