The plan for a fix is as follows:
If Natgrid encounters duplicate coordinates that have the same data
value,
then the duplicates will be culled and an informational message
issued as to what
has happened (with a cap on how many such messages are issued for a
given
Natgrid call).
If Natgrid encounters duplicate coordinates that have different data
values,
then it will issue an error message and indicate what coordinates
are involved
and then exit.
