Not all of the data files for the NCL Applications examples are
readily available. I will try to see if this one can be found and
redistributed, and will email you personally about it.
Meanwhile, to linearize the Y axis, set the special resource
"res@gsnYAxisIrregular2Linear = True". For more information, please
see the list of "gsn" resources at:
