xy2 plot

Hello,

I have a quick question about the gsn_csm_xy2 function. Is it available for all
versions of ncl? I have version 4.2.0.a031 and when I use it in a program I get
the message "undefined idetifier: (gsn_csm_xy2) is undefined"

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
