how to end contours at a national boundary?

Hello,

I have drawn a contour plot and it is to be over a map. However, I can not make
the contours end at the national boundaries (for instance, Turkey). In Example
5 of NCL homepage, between lines 160-164, this job is done for United States,
but unfortunately there is no option such as "TurkeyLand"..

Any help will be much appreciated
