Reducing the file size of PS images.

Hi Alex,

Using "ps2ps" (that is distributed with ghostscript) will reduce
sizes of PostScript files generated by our packages by about
25-35%. Don't know if this is much of a help or not - I have the
feeling that you are looking for something more like a 90% reduction.
