NCL's lib/ and include/ & NCAR Graphics'

If I put NCL's new lib/* and include/* over(write) my $NCARG_ROOT/lib
and $NCARG_ROOT/include, 1: do I need to re-build my current NCAR
Graphics
because of its lib/ and include/ updated? 2: do I need to re-build
WRFSI-GUI?

I'm going to have to check on this more tomorrow, but I believe that
given that you have an older version of NCAR Graphics installed, it may
be that you can safely overwrite what you have already installed.
