As Rick Grubin noted, the above are part of
the NCL distribution. You can look at "wrapit" or,
the more often used ,"WRAPIT" via

%> which wrapit
%> which WRAPIT

The above will return the path, then you can look via
the unix "less" or "more" utilities.

"wrapit77" is a binary executable
