Trying to download/install ncl/ncarg

Hi there.

I’m just trying to update our NCL/NCARG installation on our linux boxes. I downloaded the following files:

ncl_ncarg-6.1.2.Linux_RHEL5.6_x86_64_gcc412.tar.gz
ncl_ncarg-6.1.2.Linux_RHEL6.2_x86_64_gcc446.tar.gz

When I try to unpack them I get the following error:

tar tvf ncl_ncarg-6.1.2.Linux_RHEL5.6_x86_64_gcc412.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Are these files not gzipped? Is there another place I can get the binaries? I downloaded them twice, on two different machines, just to be sure.
