legend inside plot w/ grid

Hello,

I have an x-y type plot in which I have a legend inside the plot.

I also have the X&Y grid lines turned on.

I want the legend (which is inside a box) to sit on top of the
grid lines. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to go about
doing this?
