Re: NCL & UDUNITS on Cygwin

I responded to this message personally, but I wanted to respond here.

The reason the Cygwin version of NCL doesn't contain the Udunits
functions is because in the past I was unable to get the Udunits
library to build under Cygwin.

It sounds like maybe the Udunits/Cygwin support is there, so I'll take
a look and try to get a version of NCL on Cygwin that has the Udunits
functions.
