Error in running WRF_NCL in IBM and the possible solutions?

Hi,

I compiled WRF_NCL in IBM Tempest of Maui High Performance Computer
Center (uname -a : BAIX te01n01 1 5 006028894C00), but having problem in
using WRFUserARW.ncl, because it failed to
read wrf_user_fortran_util_0.so. The error message is:

 I use 32 bits, with NCL installed by our system administrator. I tested
normal NCL scripts, running fine. So why the above error message
occurs (I repeated compiling several times and got the same result)?

I have an alternative way of solving the problem, i.e. revising
WRFUserARW.ncl and using normal NCL scripts to get rid of
wrf_user_fortran_util_0. However, this would involve a lot of work. I
don't know if any of you has already done it, and is willing to
share the scripts with me?

By the way, I used WRAPIT to compile WRF_NCL. please see:
