Hi Moti,

I'm not sure how your WRF Makefile is generating the
wrf_user_fortran_util_0.so file, but you might try replacing that code
with:

    WRAPIT wrf_user_fortran_util_0.f

WRAPIT tries to figure out what kind of machine you're on, and then it
does all the compilation work to generate the *.so file. You don't
need to do the steps of running "wrapit77" or compiling the C and
Fortran files associated with this step. WRAPIT does all this for you.
